Since 2003, Vito’s Bistro has been serving the Junction neighborhood of Pittston with fresh, homemade Italian dishes. Founded by Vito and Nancy Labate and now run by Joe and Olena Labate, we’re best known for our foldable NY-style pizza, made entirely in-house from a recipe Vito was taught in Brooklyn as a newly arrived immigrant from Mola Di Bari, Italy. A community cornerstone, Vito’s Bistro has supported neighbors through tough times and earned recognition as Pittston’s best pizza.
